Lessons Learned is documenting thoughts from project collaborators, and sharing the knowledge derived from the project.

Do you need a Close Out template? Make a copy of this template. A close out is a customer's acceptance the project is completed. Once the close out template is completed, don't forget to submit on the Close Out Form.
