Agencies are required to comply with the Project Governance and Project Management Standards as authorized in Iowa Code 8B.21.1.f.(1), 8B.4.11, and 8B.21.e. Project governance supports government accountability, transparency, and follows best practices in project management. The Projects and Investment workflow is displayed below.
